Client centered personal training
I offer one on one personal training, partner training and small group training. Personal training is 100% meeting you where you are at right now. It all starts with working on safe movement patterns, muscle and strength building, mind to muscle connection while feeling great in your own body so you can perform your daily functions. We are all unique bodies and require a custom experience.
Putting all the pieces together to create habit change around sustainable fitness, positive relationships with nutrition and body, optimal sleep. The health coaching program is built around “support sessions” to work on the things that you want to create habit change around and packages also include one on one personal training sessions. Available in 3 month or 6 month blocks
Online programming
With the Fitness You Can Live With app I am right there with you during your workouts. Custom workout video instruction, workout tracking, food diary, in app messaging, daily coaching items to work on, recipes. Several programs available to meet your needs
One on One Personal Training
Together we will work on exercises that are unique to your body and your goals. Whether that be strength, mobility, fat loss, building muscle mass, flexibility. I have the knowledge and experience of over 10 years as a certified trainer to work on all of these aspects of functional fitness.
$60 for 60 minute session
Health Coaching
The guidance to achieve health goals by using a “whole picture” approach. Physical health is deeply intertwined in our relationships, mindset, past experiences and so much more. Its NOT about giving someone a diet/exercise plan but rather working on life skills like: how to meal prep, how communicate with family about health priorities, time management, mindfulness and self-awareness, sleep and bedtime routines, stress management practices, working on body image, breaking down “good vs bad food” addressing relationship to exercise, digging up meaningful reasons to improve health
3 month Block
6 support sessions and 6 personal training sessions $500
6 month block
12 support session and 12 personal training sessions $950
Fitness You Can Anywhere Online training
The Fitness You Can Live With app allows to you access your custom workouts straight from your phone, tablet or personal computer. You have a private portal where I set up weekly workouts for you with exercise demos, reps, sets. You can workout anywhere anytime. These workouts are custom to your life so if you have 10lb weights or barbells and benches we will make it work and get you set up with custom programming. Inside the app you can log your food, track your workout, in app messaging allows us to be in contact at all times.
You are a busy person but you want to stay healthy and get your workouts in, you don’t have time to create your own workouts.
PACKAGE OPTIONS
CHIPS AND SALSA- for starters- $90 per month
· 3 custom workouts per week, based on your schedule, equipment access, limitations, skill level. These will also include mobility warm ups
Each workout will come with video samples as well as descriptions with reps/sets/suggested weights. You will have a personal portal where you can access your programming at anytime, you can print your workout or view it on the app or your PC anywhere you go
· In app direct messaging to me , we will be in contact anytime for support and guidance
· In app Tracking tools to track your progression
BEANS AND RICE- still hungry?-$125 per month
· 4 custom workouts per week, based on your schedule, equipment access, limitations, skill level. These will also include mobility warm ups
