I have been working out with Kelly for several years now. Kelly is an amazing personal trainer and life coach who truly cares about all her clients. She goes above and beyond to give you the tools to help you reach your fitness goals. Kelly creates a comfortable space to push your limits and help you grow mentally and physically. Through out the years I have gained so much knowledge about nutrition and healthy foods that fuel my body. Kelly has so many avenues to get you moving including personal training, hikes, group workouts, boxing, mobility class and even an app with personalized workouts! Kelly is beyond amazing to work with! I have several restrictions from previous medical procedures and have tried personal trainers in the past. I spent a lot of money and still ended up injured. Training with Kelly at FYCLW is great. Kelly is always mixing things up, and changing routines, keeping workouts fun and unique.
