Fitness You Can Live With comes to your house and takes a look at your pantry and refrigerator to get an idea of whats going on in your food world.  From there we work together on reading labels and going through some education about what you and your family are eating on a daily basis.

At some point we head off to your favorite grocery store and tour the entire store where Kelly will show you the good foods to purchase to change your body as well as the food products to stay away from. We go through some education on why to steer clear of some of the sneaky label claims and ways to save your money and invest in your health. Kelly will answer all of your questions as well as provide a few healthy recipes for you to try!

NUTRITIONAL COACHING PROGRAM:

With proper education and the right tools, you can achieve a lifetime of optimal wellness, by eating a well balanced week by week meal plan.

This program comes as an 8 week or 16 week plan and also includes a 1 hour grocery store educational tour to get you started learning how to navigate the grocery store looking for those foods that will best fuel your body.
