Sessions start as early as 5:30 a.m. Open availability for one on one or partner group sessions – contact me for available time slots and we will match up a day and time that fits into your life.

Current Group Sessions:

-Monday evening group workout: 4:15-5:15 and 5:15-6:15 contact for open spaces

Wednesday evening group workout: 5:15 โ€“ 6:15 p.m. open spaces available

-Saturday morning partner power boxing: 8:30am-9:30am open spaces available

Special Events

Fitness You Can Restore With

50 minute guided mobility class based around exploring and creating new ranges of motion in your body. Each class is different and will give you a new outlook on how your body works and work on areas that are tight or restricted. We will work from the ankles to the neck!

Beginner level class where everyone will benefit

Static stretches and guided meditation

Bring your yoga mat or I have plenty to share!

Snacks will be provided afterwards, so come and get mobile, eat some good food and hang out

Classes start at 9:00 a.m. $20 per person


Seasonal (summer/fall) beginner based hiking program weather permitting

Typically we cover about 4-5 miles, the hikes are in the Brighton area. After your hike you come back to Fitness you can live with for stretching and snacks! This is the perfect way to enjoy nature with mindful movement. Cost is $20 per person and covers your hike and your snacks.
