ONLINE MONTHLY TRAINING PACKAGES

CHIPS AND SALSA- for starters- $75 per month

  • 3 custom workouts per week, based on your schedule, equipment access, limitations, skill level. These will also include mobility warmups

Each workout will come with video samples as well as descriptions with reps/sets/suggested weights. You will have a personal portal where you can access your programming at anytime, you can print your workout or view it on the app, technique coaching available so I can check your form

  • In app Tracking tools to track your progression

BEANS AND RICE- still hungry?-$125 per month

  • 4 custom workouts per week, based on your schedule, equipment access, limitations, skill level. These will also include mobility warmups

  • In app tracking tools to track your progression, all the tools you need all in one place to get you the results you want
  • Basic nutritional coaching with 2 new recipes per week
  • THE WHOLE ENCHILADA- $200 per month
  • 5 custom workouts per week, based on your schedule, equipment access, limitations, skill level. These will also include mobility warmups

  • This is as close to in person training as it can get, we are working as a team to give you all the tools to utilize and set you up for sustained habit changes, creative and effective workouts, fresh new food ideas and constant support from myself
