With the recent news of restrictions being lifted, starting on Monday June 8th Fitness You Can Live With will be offering one on one or partner outdoor training sessions! Participants not from the same household will maintain distance from each other, equipment will be shared at a minimum and will be cleaned frequently.

I am also taking new personal training and health coaching clients to work with in-person

At this time I am not doing group sessions but I am looking to resume groups on July 1st as long as things stay on a positive health trend in Michigan. (see summer group schedule below)

Mondays 10am-11am strength training

Mondays 5-6pm strength training

Wednesdays 10am-11am strength training

Wednesdays 5-6pm strength training

Saturdays 9am-10 am strength training
