Hey I am Kelly Itsell I am a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach, holding certificates from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Health Science Academy, Sports and Exercise Nutritional Adviser and a Kettle Bell certification through the IKFF.
My interest in fitness started when I distance runner in grade school and into college. These days I enjoy all types of fitness from biking, boxing, crossing training and hiking. Getting the heart rate up and feeling the muscles burn are the things that I have found to be the most beneficial to my health and also make me feel strong and empowered
I have experience working with all types of fitness levels and ages and those who have specific health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid issues and more. I believe strongly in helping others to unlock what they are capable of not only physically but mentally as well. Its not about being “skinny’ or “toned” but more about what are you truly doing to change your mind around the societal norms around fitness and nutrition. Skinny doesnt mean healthy and a high BMI doesnt mean unhealthy. Health at many sizes exists.
