FITNESS YOU CAN LIVE WITH started out as a personal training business in 2010 as a way to help people move more, move better and make movement a part of their life so that they can “live” and enjoy life. I have evolved so much personally and professionally through these years and come to realize that its not simply about the workouts you give people or what I may want for people but rather how I can I elevate this persons life to a point where they are more well rounded in movement, nutrition, self care, body image, managing stress and having good relationships with people in their lives. Its not just about working out or eating right, life is sooo much more and there are always things to work and improve on for all of us.
In 2017 I got certified as a health coach which allows me to work with clients on balancing their busy lives and create habit change around things like nutrition, self care practices,sleep management,relationship to food and exercise, body image, self talk, stress management and literally about 100 other areas of life because life is complicated and unique for all of us.
In the past year I have created 2 other expansions of Fitness you can live with.
FITNESS YOU CAN EXPLORE WITH and FITNESS YOU CAN RESTORE WITH
FITNESS YOU CAN EXPLORE WITH is a hiking group that I do between June and about November, I create it as an event where we go for a hike then eat some awesome food prepared by me and then stretch. I created it as a way to mindfully move in nature because I think movement is the best therapy and also give people a chance to try some great food and just relax!

FITNESS YOU CAN RESTORE WITH is a beginner level mobility class with snacks afterwards because that’s how I roll.
So what is mobility? Is it stretching? No while stretching and yoga are great this is not quite what this is about. MOBILITY is being able to take for example your arm or your wrists through all of their ranges of motion.
So why would you wanna do that? Well if you want to move better, workout better, recover better, prevent injuries then this could be to your benefit! So often in life we only move through limited ranges so then when our bodies are suddenly asked to go further like grabbing something out of your backseat while driving you mess up your shoulder or tweak your back. If we work more on our shoulders, hips, ankles, wrists, neck it only makes sense that we will move like super heroes in life or at least limit our chances of silly injuries.
