I always wanted to be one of those people that was out in the sunshine for one afternoon and the next day my body would be completely bronzed with an amazing sun tan…instead I go from spotty red, peeling skin, and back to white. It’s just not my skin type and that is ok.
There’s always sitting on the deck, picnics, camping, kayaking, and hiking all while giving blood to the mosquito population. Sun burns, family vacations, outdoor workouts and mosquito bites just remind me of July in Michigan! It is the best time of the year and it sure beats shoveling the driveway and wearing 8 layers of clothing.
I have a lot going on for you at Fitness you can live with in July. Lots of outside workouts,and a few hiking events are just a few! So many ways to move your body!
COMING UP ON SUNDAY JULY 14TH AND SUNDAY JULY 28TH IS
FITNESS YOU CAN EXPLORE WITH at 8am
Beginner based hike where we meet up at Fitness you can live with, lather up in bug spray, have some snacks and take off for a 4-5 mile hike. All of the hikes are in the Brighton area but we switch up the routes.
After the hike its back to Fitness you can Live with so you can re fuel with some good food made by me of course! For the last hike I made 2 different kinds of ice cream with an amazing toppings selection along with watermelon lime refresher drinks.
Fitness you can explore with is $20 per person, RSVP with me through whatever channel of communication is easiest for you. Phone, email, facebook, website, instagram, in person, snail mail etc
The event usually ends by 10:30 to ensure that you have plenty of your Sunday left
Vacation season is here but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on your workouts. Being on vacation and finding new ways to move my body is actually really fun because I will look for a park or a playground, do a hotel room workout, find a place to go for a walk or hike or I will search for a nearby gym.
