I didn’t think it was ever going to reach above 40 degrees again but June has finally arrived so it is time to get some sun, move our bodies outside, eat some good food, play in the water, grow vegetables, enjoy flowers…and probably come to Fitness you can live with for all of your fitness and healthy body needs!

Beginner based mobility class geared towards mindfully moving your joints through simple ranges of motion so you can move through life feeling great with better posture and body awareness. Full description of this class is under services tab on the fitness you can live with website.
