FITNESS YOU CAN RESTORE WITH next class will be Sunday May 19th at 9am
The restore with class is a 50 minute beginner based guided mobility class where we work from your ankles to your neck and help to get some range of motion going through hip openers, shoulder mobility, chest openers. This is a wonderful class for every single body to help you move better at all the things you do in life, prevent injuries, improve postural awareness and leave you feeling refreshed.
Snacks are always served after class so get mobile, snack and hang out!
cost $20 per person R.S.V.P. by May 17th
FITNESS YOU CAN HIKE WITH
The weather is finally good enough to kickoff the hiking season, the first hike will be Sunday May 26th at 8:00 am
Fitness you can hike with is a beginner based hiking event, we leave from Fitness you can live with around 8-8:15, we typically hike 4-5 miles at a trail in the Brighton area. Then its back to fitness you can live with for snacking and chatting! The entire event will be about 2 hours long with the hike/snacks/stretch. We will do a different route each hike. Please R.S.V.P by May 24th cost $20 per person
