FITNESS YOU CAN RESTORE WITH

This is a 50 min guided class based around:
connecting with new ranges of motion
This is a chance to slow down and give your body the time it needs to restore, refresh and work on those tight or restricted areas like hips, shoulders, chest, neck, wrists
our bodies show up for us all the time with workouts and daily life tasks…so to keep going like we do we have to take the time to restore
We sit a lot so hip flexors are tight, low backs hurt, shoulders are out of whack…these are the things we will focus on as well as some mindfulness within your body and mind.
After the class I will provide some TASTY SNACKS and we can hang out and relax for a bit.
This is a beginner level class for any BODY!
Includes 50 min guided session and snacks!!
If you have a favorite yoga mat feel free to bring it otherwise I do have plenty!
