Fitness You Can Live With :: May News

As we get into the month of May the weather is starting to bring us all outdoors and we get that feeling that we need to get moving after hibernating all winter! At this time of year I tend to hear a lot of “I’m going to workout 7 days a week” or “I’m going on a juice cleanse” or “I am cutting out all sugar”.

The first thing I tend to think is that why are you overdoing it? Why are you going from one end of the spectrum straight to the other? My advice will always be to ease into fitness and ease into eating right if you are not currently doing so. I know we all want that quick fix and it’s easy to get lured in by the latest hot trend on the market, but I strongly caution against it and find what works permanently for your lifestyle and your needs. If you need more help with this area, reach out to me anytime! I offer personal one-on-one training, small group training, grocery store educational trips, in home meal prep coaching and so much more!! Check out my website for rates and information on any of the services mentioned above.

I’m not the greatest writer in the world but this article pretty much sums up how I feel about excessive moderation, its full of great information!
