Anti-Inflammatory Drank!

Drink this up to sooth the swelling!



In a blender, combine the following ingredients and blend until completely smooth:

1 cup raw, fresh organic collard greens (substitute organic kale if you prefer)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 avocado, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 Tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup (omit sweetener if you prefer)
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
6 ounces brewed green tea (from a pure, organic green tea that you brew, not a “pre-made” green tea drink)
2 cups ice cubes

This makes enough for several servings. I like to drink a glass as soon as I make the smoothie, then refrigerate the rest and sip on it for the remainder of the day.
