SUMMER FITNESS CHECK IN! Here we are in July already!? Wow the summer is flying by quickly. Summer is the best time to get outside and get that body moving! Come check out some group classes at Fitness You Can live With where we always train outside when the weather is nice.
SUMMER GROUP SCHEDULE:
TUESDAYS 430-530 PM ROCK-BODY CONDITIONING.
A mix of 30 minutes of body scorching circuit training followed by 30 min of partner power boxing.
WEDNESDAYS 830-930AM SUPER SCULPT
A 60 min of a mix of strength training of the entire body finishing with 10 min of core work.
THURSDAYS 5-6PM RUSH HOUR POWER
A 60 min full body blast of boot camp style mini circuits and high intensity intervals. Great for any fitness level or age group. A workout that will change your body composition!
* SATURDAYS 830-930AM PARTNER POWER-BOXING
A 60 min of a knockout workout for the whole body, using every muscle you have you will get to take out some aggression while having some fun at the same time…oh and you will sweat and burn some calories as well. BONUS!
ALL CLASSES ARE $15 DROP IN. PLEASE NOTIFY FITNESS YOU CAN LIVE WITH WITHIN 12 HOURS IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING. IF YOU REGISTER FOR A CLASS BUT FAIL TO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

I just recently received my re-certification as an ACE personal trainer, this marks my 5th year as a certified trainer and I have learned so much each and every year and will only continue to seek out the latest most current cutting edge information I can to benefit the health of my clients.
2 of the classes that I took as part of my re-certification were “sports drinks” which was all about the best ways to hydrate your body for exercise and “vegetarian sports nutrition” great class on fueling the vegetarian athlete and creating meal plans.
JULY CONTEST GIVEAWAY! Fitness You Can Live With is offering A 30 min personal training session ($20 VALUE) to the person who “checks in” at Fitness You Can Live With the most times in the month of July. You can easily check in on your Facebook page and say that you were here. It takes 5 seconds and you’re done!
