Menu plans with Kelly are fantastic. Everything is catered to what you like, and what you want that week.  They are easy to follow and she includes the recipes for each item you are eating.  It makes it very easy to stay on track.  Everything we made was delicious and we really enjoyed the menus that she created for us.  They were always different, mixing things up weekly to keep us enjoying our meals.

I hold a personal training and health coaching certificates from the American Council On Exercise and I hold a kettle bell certificate through the IKFF. I also hold a certificate in nutrition from the health sciences academy. I am very passionate about helping clients reach a healthy lifestyle. I do not offer a "cookie cutter" program.
