Wacky Wednesday! All about the milk!

Milk does not do a body good whether it be a child’s body or an adult body.The dairy industry pays big money to make us think otherwise with, all of their campaigns that have been driven into our brains since we were kids. I challenge you to take the time to read the facts and go dairy milk free for 30 days. Take note of the differences that you notice. I challenge you to try alternatives like almond milk ,coconut milk and soy milk. They contain many more nutrients and taste great! They can come in chocolate and vanilla as well
