As we head into another week, lets think about it as another opportunity to make our health and the health of our family better. Intentions are always strong and sound great Sunday night/Monday morning, we have such good intentions….I challenge you to keep those intentions going all week long. Days lead to weeks and weeks lead to months and before you know it you cannot believe how far you have come. What you do on Monday counts but it is what you do Monday through Sunday for the long term. Through our power of intent we create our own reality. When we face adversity we need to revisit our intentions as a source of strength and clarity.
Knowing WHY you are doing something and defining WHAT is important to you will help to give a greater level of control in your life. Control what you can control in your health.
