Never under estimate the power of resting your body and brain. We all need that downtime to heal and recover or you truly will not progress. Make the time for yourself because it is unrealistic to kill yourself 7 days a week with workouts, get very little sleep and expect results its just not going to happen. and you are sitting yourself up for failure.
