Take Care of yourself Thursday: Adult posture

Playing off of Tuesday and how we taught our kids about posture we take a look at ergonomic workstations. For those that sit all day at the computer it is important to remind ourselves how to sit to ensure everything is being supported correctly. Keep in mind getting up and walking around is good for the body as well. Take a look at this video on tips to a healthy workstation!
