Teach your Kids Tuesday: Back Posture!

It is so important to teach our children the correct way to carry themselves throughout their day! Posture affects us so much as we grow we must be aware of how we hold ourselves.ย  The academic pressures of today will affect our kids now and down the road. Check out the article from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and talk to your kids about their posture and ways to change it if it needs to be changed.
