Take care of yourself Thursday is all about sleep! Check out this video as hopefully, will give some insight to how sleep has a giant effect on not only how our body functions but, how our brain functions as well. How we sleep can ultimately lead to really productive or unproductive days depending on how much true sleep we get as well as how consistent our sleep patterns are. If for instance someone is sleeping 4 hours one night and 8 hours the next then 2 hours one day that week then 10 hours the next, it develops a pattern where your body is almost in “catch up mode” half the time. This would not be ideal at all and can really derail health efforts in the long run. Sleep is good for our bodies! It is important to recognize when it is time to shut down and get some rest!
